Hands in the Non-Profit Cookie Jar: Fraud Prevention for Non-Profits

Dennis Neier, CPA, CFF, a Senior Advisor in DGC’s Business Advisory practice, will lead a fraud prevention seminar for non-profit organizations entitled, “Hands in the Non-Profit Cookie Jar: Fraud Prevention for Non-Profits.” The seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 21st from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at CapeSpace in Hyannis, MA.
Fraud in the non-profit world is on the rise and is becoming an all too frequent event. This seminar will discuss fraud in non-profit organizations – how it occurs, how it should be investigated, how the organization should deal with donors and regulatory bodies when a fraud occurs, and how this type of fraud can be prevented.
