Available to for-profit organizations that have been incorporated for less than two years.
Applies until the two-year anniversary of incorporation date.
Proof of incorporation may be required.
10% discount on all Business Lounge and Virtual memberships.

Affiliate Discounts

Available to current members of participating Affiliate organizations.
Applies as long as customer remains a member of the Affiliate in good standing.
Proof of good standing may be required.
Discount terminates if the agreement between CapeSpace and the Affiliate terminates.

Rules & Restrictions

Unless specifically stated above, all discounts apply to base rental and membership fees only, not to setup fees, add-on services or other charges.
Discounts do not apply to custom plans.
In cases where the customer is eligible for more than one discount, only one discount, the most advantageous to the customer, will apply.
Discounts are non-transferrable and do not extend to the customer’s family or coworkers unless explicitly approved in writing by CapeSpace.

Washashore Plans

Our Washashore Plans are perfect for temporary visitors or for local members whose usage is sporadic.
You can purchase a sand bucket full of hours that never expire and renew only when the bucket is empty.

(1) Passport Hours

Passport hours may be used at CapeSpace locations other than your home location.
Passport hours are in addition to Home Location hours.
Passport hours are not interchangeable; unused hours in one location may not be applied to another location.

(2) Corporate Sharing

Corporate sharing must be among members of the same organization.
Sharing of Unlimited or Dedicated Plan is based on a total of 300 hours per month.
For groups of more than four people, there will be an additional $10 per month per person in excess of four
